Release Date
Details are very limited right now.
Rockstar has stated that more information is set to come.
Although we know that the update will be released on the 15th of December.
Release Time
The update is expected to go live around 4 AM to 5 AM EST/ 9 AM to 10 AM.
This isn't set in stone although many updates have released around this time.
