GTA Online Fleeca Job Heist Guide

If you’re relatively new to GTA Online, the Fleeca Job is a great way to practice for bigger heists and earn a bunch of extra cash while you’re learning the ropes.

It’s essentially a quick two-person bank robbery, and it requires some setup, but it’s the easiest and fastest heist in the game. Lester from the GTA 5 story mode is your contact for the job, and he’ll basically give you a tutorial for how heist missions work (they’ve got multiple parts, for one thing).

Fleeca Job max payout

According to the GTA Online wiki, you can earn a maximum of $57,500 on easy difficulty, $115,000 on normal, and $143,750 on hard.

In the video embedded above, you can get a basic walkthrough of how the Fleeca Job finale works, but it’s also a good indicator of what your average per-person take will actually be on normal. For instance, the player would normally have earned $71,880 for an average Fleeca Job run on normal.

But the game actually rewards you a “first-time” bonus for completing each of the original heists, so the first time you do the Fleeca Job, you’ll probably earn somewhere in the ballpark of $171,880.

The Cayo Perico heist

“On Tuesday, December 15, GTA Online raises the stakes once again with its biggest update yet: the Cayo Perico Heist, featuring an all-new exotic location and a brand-new approach to heist design that for the first time will let players tackle the entire heist solo or with a crew of up to three other players,” Rockstar said in an email.

“Along with the challenge of finding a way to infiltrate and rob one of the most secure private islands in the world, players can also expect new social spaces to party with friends, new world-class DJs, and radio stations with over 100 new songs, plus a host of vehicles and weapons, a heavily armed submarine HQ, and much more.”

A standalone release of GTA Online is expected to launch in 2021, along with new versions of GTA 5 optimized for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
