Depending on what kind of player you are, half the fun of GTA Online can be collecting vehicles, upgrading them, repainting them, getting new rims, tricking them out with neon lights, and so on.
Buying a garage in GTA
Sooner or later, depending on what properties you own (if any), you’re going to run out of space to store vehicles. You’ll need a garage if you want to keep buying cars.
Open up your iFruit phone (up on the d-pad if you’re on console), click the blue internet browser icon, and hit the Dynasty 8 link — the logo’s got a green outline in the shape of a house. Click “View property listings” from here to shop for apartments and garages.
Eclipse Towers has three different penthouse suites to choose from, all in the $1 million range, so that’s a great option for living the high life — with a 10-car garage included — for a single, reasonable price.
There are also some really nice high-end apartments in North Los Santos that come with a 10-car garage. Alternatively, you can purchase a series of low-cost garages throughout all of Los Santos, expanding as you collect more and more vehicles. It’s up to you.

The Cayo Perico heist
“On Tuesday, December 15, GTA Online raises the stakes once again with its biggest update yet: the Cayo Perico Heist, featuring an all-new exotic location and a brand-new approach to heist design that for the first time will let players tackle the entire heist solo or with a crew of up to three other players,” Rockstar said in an email.
“Along with the challenge of finding a way to infiltrate and rob one of the most secure private islands in the world, players can also expect new social spaces to party with friends, new world-class DJs, and radio stations with over 100 new songs, plus a host of vehicles and weapons, a heavily armed submarine HQ, and much more.”
A standalone release of GTA Online is expected to launch in 2021, along with new versions of GTA 5 optimized for PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.
