If you’re one of the many fans wondering why we haven’t heard a peep about Grand Theft Auto 6 yet, blame GTA Online, the multiplayer spinoff from GTA 5 has grown into its own thing and the folks at Rockstar Games keep making money from it, so we can’t exactly blame them for not releasing a new title, even though it would be nice to see them make a GTA game from scratch with next-gen power.
Still, fans haven’t stopped playing GTA Online since Rockstar Games keeps updating it, adding numerous activities and events for players to partake in and it’s a strategy that seems to have paid off since the game is constantly on the top-selling list on the PlayStation Store so even newer players are interested in Rockstar’s ridiculous cash cow.
When does the Lucky Wheel reset in GTA Online?
No matter how you feel about it, GTA Online is an addictive experience and players really want to reap as many rewards from it as possible, especially with the gambling-like mechanics of The Lucky Wheel.
Fans can get everything from cash, clothes, vehicle discounts, and even actual vehicles (in-game of course), and players have been curious about the reset cycle of this mechanic.
To put it simply, the GTA Online Lucky Wheel resets every 24 hours so depending on what time you spun it last, the time difference could mean a lot or very little.
Let’s say you spin the Lucky Wheel at 5 pm on Monday, you’ll have to wait till 5 pm Tuesday to spin it again.
On the other hand, if you first spin the Lucky Wheel at 5 pm Monday and 8 pm Tuesday you’ll have to spin it again on Wednesday at that time.
GTA Online is part of GTA 5, which is available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC, with plans to make the online game a separate purchase in the near future.
