Guilty Gear Strive, the next in the franchise from Arc System Works, is due to launch in 2021.

The 2D fighter will offer stunning anime visuals, refined fighting mechanics, and a whole host of crazy characters.

Guilty Gear Strive Release Date

The game has been delayed to June 11 from its previously delayed date in April.

“Since we have received valuable feedback after the recent open beta test, we would like to make the most of this opportunity to provide the best game possible. We need extra time to polish some aspects of the game, such as the online lobbies and the server’s stability,” wrote Arc System Works on Twitter.

“We believe it best to use the extra time to improve the game’s quality and provide a better experience to all our players. Thank you for your patience and understanding.”

Platforms

The game is coming to PS4, PS5, and PC.

Roster

The starting roster of the game will offer 15 unique fighters, although two are still yet to be revealed.
