Hitman: Blood Money - everything you need to know
Release date
As per the tweet from Feral Entertainment, Hitman: Blood Money is set to come out first on iOS and Android devices, followed by a later release on Nintendo Switch. No official release date has been announced, however, the devs behind the project stated the mobile release will be "this autumn" and the Switch equivalent "in winter".
Hitman: Blood Money trailer
Included in the X announcement of the upcoming Hitman game, shown above, was a trailer that showed a much sharper and cleaner version of the 2006 game it is moulded from. In addition, the team at Feral promised "new features and gameplay improvements inspired by later HITMAN games", so there is plenty for stealth gamers to get excited about.
What can we expect from Hitman: Blood Money - Reprisal?
With the trailer being the first taste we've got of the upcoming mobile and Switch release, little is known about what the game will entail. Naturally, given it is a remake of the original Hitman: Blood Money, expect that the general story and environments will replicate those but with far better graphics.
With that said, the mention on X of new features and gameplay improvements could indicate that, while the game is a remaster, it could take its own direction. Given the enhancements are said to be inspired by the Hitman titles that succeeded it, we may be treated to a more immersive assassin experience.
