The game may have a great story and awesome world, but many players are struggling to experience it thanks to all the bugs and low quality textures present on some versions of the game.

Physical
If you own a physical version of the game for Xbox One you will have to contact the store you purchased the game from.
Their own rules will determine what your chances of success are with that, but the sooner after purchase the better in most of these cases.
Though CD Projekt Red are keen to make sure you can get a refund on Xbox One due to the negative reception so if your first attempts don’t succeed you can try contacting helpmerefund@cdprojektred.com.

Digital
For refunding digital copies of Cyberpunk 2077 you'll have to use the Xbox One refund system.
There are no guarantees with a refund, but CDPR seem eager to appease fans so you may be in luck if you try to snag one.
