How to Get Heat Capacitor in No Man's Sky
As you commence with the main story line of No Man's Sky, there will come a point where Apollo tells you to expand your base and recruit others. This will then send you on the 'Scientific Research' secondary mission, which will eventually reward you with a blueprint for the Heat Capacitor. The blueprint can also be purchased from the Synthesis Laboratory for 250 Nanites.
Once you have been given the blueprint for the Heat Capacitor in No Man's Sky, you'll be able to craft it from your menu.
The Heat Capacitor in No Man's Sky is notably used as a crafting component of the Circuit Board (alongside a Poly Fibre). To actually construct the item, the following resources are needed:
- 100x Frost Crystal
- 200x Solanium
That's all you need to get your base a Heat Capacitor in No Man's Sky. By embarking on the story, and making certain you have the right materials in storage, you'll be able to use the component and throw together a Circuit Board in no time. With that in mind, don't forget to check out how to increase both your Exosuit and Starship storage, as well as how to get a pet companion to accompany you at your base, too.
