The arrival of Fortune's Keep in Warzone has proven immensely popular with fans of the battle royale. Despite players complaining about the lack of Buy Stations and the overpowered Radar Jammer, Raven Software continues to act quickly to avoid any major issues.
Ahead of Season 4 Reloaded, the developer keeps fixing various map exploits that allow players to climb underneath the map and inside the walls and buildings.
On July 14, 2022, a small Warzone update includes a handful of bug fixes addressing map exploits in addition to a bug resulting in the appearance of an empty Loadout Drop.
Warzone July 14 Patch Notes
This particular update follows up on the July 7 update which started the process of fixing the Fortune's Keep map exploits. Some of them disappeared but players could still abuse the map to achieve victory.
Hopefully, the July 14 update will prevent any map exploits from ruining the experience.
In addition, Raven Software has also addressed an issue involving empty Loadout Drops when digging for buried treasure and a bug where AI opposition would focus their gunfire on any nearby Trophy Systems.
Here are the full patch notes:
Bug Fixes
- Fixed more collision issues with various elements across Fortune’s Keep allowing Players to exploit/peek/shoot through them.
- Fixed an issue where an empty Loadout Drop would spawn when digging for buried treasure.
- Fixed an issue where AI enemies would target a Trophy System when it was placed near them.
With the mid-season update on the horizon, there's a high chance of the Warzone July 14 update being one of the last small updates before Raven Software releases a larger update that requires a download. Expect the Season 4 Reloaded launch to contain a wealth of buffs and nerfs in addition to a further batch of bug fixes.
