Lies of P is tough for gamers of all experience levels at the best of times, let alone without the ability to improve your weapons as you go. Fortunately, once you reach Hotel Krat in the early stages of Lies of P, you'll have someone to speak to about your weapon quality.
After meeting Sophia and working through the opening passages of Hotel Krat, you'll have an opportunity to explore the hotel and become acquainted with the other inhabitants. Among those in the safety of the hotel's walls is Eugenie, who looks very comfortable surrounded by the plethora of weapons around her.
As you traverse Krat and defeat the many challenges in Lies of P, you will collect the game's currency, Ergo, which can be used to purchase upgrades. You will require a certain amount of Ergo and Hidden Moonstones to purchase upgrades, and naturally, the cost will increase with each upgrade.
If you are struggling to find Eugenie after the first visit to Hotel Krat, her shop is easy to spot. From the Stargazer in Hotel Krat, follow the corridor on the right and you will find her store on the left side. Opposite her shop is the workstation to change your Legion Arm, as well as a doorway to a courtyard where you can find some practice dummies.
