Arcade Mode in Marvel Rivals is popular among players who enjoy a no-frills way to play the game.
Instead of worrying about tasks or online rivals, you’re taking out enemies and going up the leaderboard.
If you’re just getting into the game or curious about this mode, we’ve got the rundown on how Arcade Mode works and why it’s a blast.
What Is Arcade Mode?
Arcade Mode in Marvel Rivals has it all for those looking for some quick and exciting action.
It’s usually needed for certain missions, but many players might find it tricky to locate at first.
You won’t have to dig through menus, but you’ll need to know where it is.
To switch to Arcade Mode, go to the bottom left button.
Players can pick a map from there and get into a simple, combat-heavy game.
You’ll enter a lobby where you can modify server settings and invite friends to join your game.
Once you’ve picked your mode, tap Start
to start the matchmaking process.
You’ll find two main maps in Arcade Mode during Season 1 of Marvel Rivals: Conquest and Doom Match.
Both maps have their own rules and gameplay, so players get a different experience depending on which one they pick.
Conquest mode lets up to 12 players join a match, with respawn points far from the action, giving everyone space to regroup and figure out their next move.
Conversely, the Doom Match map is way more intense and chaotic. The goal here is simple: eliminate as many enemies as possible.
Remember that the rules and objectives for each map are the same, no matter who plays in your match.
The player who racks up the most eliminations wins. If knocked out, you can also respawn and hop back in until the round ends.
