In the haunting, vast expanse of The Lands Between in Elden Ring, you're set for one long, unruly adventure. It's going to be frustrating, but ultimately, it will be rewarding, and there are plenty of merchants and items that will help you with taking on each boss, invader, and dungeon.
Merchants, in Elden Ring, are NPC's that you'll often naturally come across as you make progress with the games' story. When in conversation with them, you can choose to purchase or sell items in exchange for Runes. Merchants will typically have a range of items available, from general goods and spells, to equipment that is a little more special.
There are a lot of Merchants to come across in Elden Ring, and to aid you with your hunt for a specific one - or a specific item - we've put together this guide. Here, we have noted the locations of various Merchants and what wares they have available to sell to you in Elden Ring.
Merchant Locations in Elden Ring
Thanks to our friends at MapGenie, the fully customisable map of The Lands Between above shows the locations of many of the different merchants in Elden Ring that you'll want to seek out. We've detailed a few more merchant locations and what wares they sell below.
Nomadic Merchants
Multiple Nomadic Merchants can be found all over The Lands Between. Notably, they can be found in the following places:
- Coastal Cave entrance in West Limgrave
- A road by Mistwood Ruins in Limgrave
- East of the bridge that connects Stormhill to East Limgrave
- Inside the ruins by Central Siofra River
- Sat at a campfire to the west of Liurna of the Lakes
- Beside the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace
- Mt. Gelmir, on one of the mountain's ledges
- In large ruins south-west of Ainsel River
- By Bellum Church, down a hole in the ground
Twin Maiden Husks
Twin Maiden Husks are one of the earlier merchants that you'll meet after Melina grants you access to Roundtable Hold. The pair wield a staff and will never relocate elsewhere.
Patches
When you venture into Murkwater Cave in Limgrave, you'll end up fighting with a boss known as Patches. However, you get given the opportunity to forgive him. Do this, and he will then become an available merchant to trade with at the Scenic Isle Site of Grace. After this, he can then be located in Volcano Manor.
Sorcerer Rogier
You will likely meet Sorcerer Rogier as you navigate around Stormveil Castle prior to facing Godrick the Grafted. He wears a large hat and can be found by the altar in the chapel. Once you eventually face and fell Godrick, Sorcerer Rogier will relocate to Roundtable Hold.

Blacksmith Hewg
Blacksmith Hewg is located at Roundtable Hold, and he will never move from this location.
Roderika
Roderika is initially found, cloaked in red, in Stormhill Shack. After completing her quest line, which requires you to locate Chrysalid's Memento and return it to her, she will then move to Roundtable Hold.
Sorceress Sellen
Sorceress Sellen can be found at Waypoint Ruins, standing by a chest, in West Limgrave. To actually locate her, you will need to succesfully make your way through the dungeon and defeat Mad Pumpkin Head and reach the Waypoint Ruins Cellar Site of Grace.
Miriel, Pastor of Vows
Miriel, Pastor of Vows is a little different to the other merchants you might've already come across in Elden Ring. This is because they are an enormous turtle sporting a mitre, which makes sense, given that they are a pastor. This merchant can be found at the Church of Vows in Liurna of the Lakes.
