Minecraft fans are innately creative, considering how they create stunningly beautiful cities and statues. One Minecraft fan expressed their creativity outside the game by turning an ancient chest into something more similar to the ones in the game.

Originally posted on Reddit by user u/voyager_husky, they shared an image of the chest they made, which uncannily resembles the one in the game.

The Minecraft chest they made with their mom, complete with border details and accurate color, was made from an old chest they had since 2008.

Many fellow fans expressed their amazement at the chest replica, and some even requested other Minecraft chest variants, such as a double chest and an ender chest.

One player asked if the chest also makes the classing in-game sound, similar to what it has on Minecraft. User u/voyager_husky mentioned that it does not make the sound, but they plan to program a Raspberry Pi to produce a sound.

Another fan suggested using an Arduino board instead, while another jokingly suggested that they stop maintaining the hinges, which would make them sound like old, creaky hinges.

Others were more interested in calculating how much stuff they could put inside, considering that the average chest in Minecraft can hold 27 different items, stackable up to 64 pieces each, for a total of 1,728 pieces.

Trying to fit 1,728 slices of pizza could be one practical use of this wonderfully made Minecraft chest, but user u/voyager_husky will just have to settle for putting in real-world stuff, of course.

In other Minecraft news, Mojang finally released the Minecraft Snapshot 24w45a, which updates pet collars of kittens and wolf cubs to match a mix of those of its parents and some balancing tweaks for the Suspicious Stew effects.

It is quite a substantial update, so be sure to check it out while you follow Gfinity Esports to stay updated with the latest gaming news and stories.
