Modders have implemented a working transit system into Cyberpunk 2077. Placing stations in key locations across Night City provides improved fast travel functionality, while also letting PC players take in some sightseeing.
Brought to us by keanuWheeze's Metro System mod in NexusMods, this applies 19 train stations, letting players ride the train car between them as much as they'd like. Better still, players can look across Night City from a first or third-person perspective.

Cyberpunk 2077 modders add Metro System to Night City
It's quite a cinematic experience, and because this transit system is situated above Night City's roads and highways, it allows players to enjoy the skyscraper views where they previously couldn't. Presently, CD Projekt Red's NCART train system isn't operational and players must rely on their own vehicles, taxi cab stations, and other methods to move across Night City.
Finding a way to travel and enjoy the sights is often difficult, as when NPCs take the wheel, they're often instructed to listen closely as they're briefed about their mission in progress. But now you can feel like a Night City native and zoom around wherever you please.
