How do I do a black crystal tera raid?
In order to do black crystal tera raids, you first have to unlock them. This happens automatically once the credits roll and you complete the first run of the Pokemon Scarlet and Violet post-game activity - the Academy Ace Tournament.
From there, you'll need to locate a unique black tera raid crystal. Interacting with this crystal will allow you to enter the raid. You can join either with a party through a link code, or join a random group through the matchmaking system.
Once in there, you'll battle the Pokemon and have an opportunity to catch it once the battle is over.
How to find Greninja in black crystal tera raids
If you're looking to find a Greninja raid, well there are a few things you can do.
The first would be to go into the Poke Portal during the event time and more than likely you'll find someone doing a raid. You can also check your map and scout around for a purple glowing Tera raid. You'll want to look for a Poison crystal on your map - that should be the Greninja raid.
