Original Story Follows - The PS Plus January 2021 free games are set to be announced this week.

PlayStation Plus in December gifted PS4 and PS5 players with Rocket Arena and Just Cause 4 for PS4, with Worms Rumble and Bugsnax available on PS5.

All four games will be available to play and download until Monday, January 4. Hopefully, this means Sony has some decent games lined up to take their place.

PS Plus January 2021 Deals

Normally we'd tell you about a stellar discount on a PS Plus subscription, but given that Sony is holding a massive holiday sale we wanted to mention something a bit different.

The January sale on the PlayStation Store is vast, with over 1,000 PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 titles to choose from.

But did you realise how many games are available for absolutely nothing with your PS Plus sub?

Some are ludicrously cheap, for instance, you can get both Party Crashers and Party Golf as a double-pack for as low as £0.94.

Timber Tennis Versus is just £0.33. Regardless of how good or bad this arcade sports game actually is, it costs £0.33!

Two we've picked up, The Escapists and Donut County, are both £2.99 thanks to PS Plus if you push the boat out a bit more.

Ok, so they're not all AAA Game of the Year winners, but they are still some decent indie hits.

There are plenty more big discounts in the January Sale when doubled up with your PS Plus sub, so boot up your PS4 or PS5 and take a look.
