Yes! Warzone does have ranked play. Its arrival sparked a slight resurgence as players flocked back to see how it works but in Season 6, it's one of the most popular playlists available in the battle royale.
Warzone ranked play skill divisions
Similar to the Modern Warfare 2 ranked play formula, Warzone ranked play has the same number of skill divisions. Here's a closer look at each one and the amount of SR needed to enter each one in Season 5:
- Bronze: 0–899 SR
- Silver: 900–2,099 SR
- Gold: 2,100–3,599 SR
- Platinum: 3,600–5,399 SR
- Diamond: 5,400–7,499 SR
- Crimson: 7,500–9,999 SR
- Iridescent: 10,000 SR minimum
- Top 250: 10,000+ SR
How to earn SR in Warzone ranked play
Earning SR in Warzone ranked play matches is rather straightforward. SR is split into four categories:
- Final placement
- Kills
- Assists
- Total squad kills
As the number of squads decreases, the SR earned for kills, assists and squad kills increases as follows:
- 21+ squads remaining: +5 SR per kill/assist | +2 SR per squadmate kill
- 3-20 squads remaining: +7 SR per kill/assist | +3 SR per squadmate kill
- 1-3 squads remaining: +15 SR per kill/assist | +7 SR per squadmate kill
