Making the lever work
It's not possible to immediately solve the water harp puzzle as there are two parts to the mechanism. But you're going to have to explore and take a detour around the temple, where you'll have to go through two different dungeons.
So after clearing the first area, make your way to the Nameless Nest. Over there, you will have to face off against the area's boss. In our case, it was the Mother Mind.
Once you're done, you need to go through the Faithless Thicket ahead and open the door leading back to the Lost Temple.
However, if you walk upstairs, you'll see a mechanism with a lever. This is the second half of the Water Harp that powers the machine. Firstly, pull the lever, and the Water Harp will become functional again.
Water Harp Music Puzzle solution
The solution to the music puzzle does not require any musical knowledge at all. So all you need to do is read the journal next to the Lost Temple world crystal and understand what it means.
The Water Harp music cylinder has eight rows for you to arrange. The entry in the book will show you a list of symbols with dashes representing blank spaces for a total of eight. Therefore, each symbol corresponds to a column number and you simply have to raise the appropriate peg.
So this means that for the above symbols, we get an arrangement of the following:
- 5th column
- Empty
- 4th column
- Empty
- 3rd column
- 4th column
- 1st column
- Empty
Once you pull the lever, the mechanism should work fine and raise the bridge to move forward to the Ravager's Lair.
