What's in the Resident Evil 3: Remake Day One Patch?

Live on the PlayStation servers nice and early, this patch clocks in at a minuscule 220MB. While size varies from platform to platform, we know that this is focused entirely on bug fixes.

Considering the size of Raccoon City, there's always a chance for players to trigger glitches and bugs that developers hadn't planned for, but for now Capcom looks confident in the product it's put together.
