Resident Evil 4 remake post game explained
There are a handful of major things that you unlock in the Resident Evil 4 remake after finishing the story mode for the first time. First off, you get a handful of alternate costumes and accessories that can be equipped for subsequent playthroughs. These are as follows:
- Pinstripe (Leon)
- Sunglasses (Round)
- Foam Mask
- Flight Cap
- Glasses (Square)
- Iron Helmet
- Knitted Hat
You'll also witness a spoiler-filled post credits scene, which brings plenty of cameos and hints at further remasters for beloved fans. You can read about the full scene in all of its glory here.
Finally, you unlock Professional mode, a brand new difficulty mode. In this, the game is much more difficult with more resilient and tough enemies. As well as this, all ammo drops are much less generous, so you need to make each bullet count. This will make a second playthrough much tougher but also more rewarding. On top of that, it's one of the Resident Evil 4 trophies, so you'll need to beat the game on Professional to get 100%.
