The description for the Good eyes, Murphy! achievement in RoboCop Rogue City is as follows:
Find a PCB for Auto-9 in a secret area of Steel Mill
While this may sound quite easy, the Steel Mill—which you encounter four or five hours into the campaign—is a sprawling region. On top of that, you'll need to use your wits to actually find the correct spot.
How to get the Good eyes, Murphy! trophy in RoboCop Rogue City
Once you're at the Steel Mill, progress through the level, using your RoboCop scanner as you work through the Street Vultures' Turf mission. Around halfway through the level, you'll spot a yellow train carriage with a climbable ladder on its right-hand side.
Eagled-eyed explorers will also spot a note in one of the Street Vultures' hideouts, saying that the carriage can be moved if it's manually short-circuited. Fortunately, RoboCop is able to do that.
Head to the other side of the train and you'll see a keypad, prompting a 'Start the Engine' command. Pressing this sends the train crashing through into a garage to the south. Chase after it until it eventually comes to a stop, in a previously hidden train depot.
Then, climb back up that ladder on the right-hand side of the train. You'll see a small metal plank acting as a walkway from the top of the train to a control room up in the depot. Go into that room, and in an OCP Container you'll find the special Auto 9 PCB required for this trophy.
