Since the launch of Season 2, players are working their way through an all-new Battle Pass featuring 100 tiers of content.
Ranging from Operator skins, Finishing Moves, and exclusive weapon blueprints, the Battle Pass is a great way to unlock items while you play Vanguard.
In addition to changes to the Combat Shield, members of the community have expressed their frustrations surrounding Sledgehammer Games' latest efforts. Some players claim that the Season 2 Battle Pass lacks any kind of valuable items, with some suggesting "low effort" was put into creating the new content.
Vanguard Season 2 Battle Pass
The claim comes from Reddit user 'Chillenge', who claims that the Battle Passes from Black Ops Cold War featured a higher amount of Legendary-tier content in comparison to Vanguard.
To prove their point, the user broke down all 100 tiers of the Season 2 Battle Pass into categories, with 25 of them featuring XP tokens instead of cosmetic items.
The table above shows there are only nine Operator skins available in the Battle Pass, much to the annoyance of some players that have suggested boycotting it in order to encourage some kind of change. One commenter even went as far as claiming Sledgehammer Games has "ran out of ideas and are winging it."

Is The Vanguard Season 2 Battle Pass Worth It?
Judging by the reaction of the community, the Season 2 Battle Pass doesn't contain the best range of content. While it may not feature a variety of cosmetics, it does feature enough COD Points for players to purchase the Season 3 Battle Pass, so it's still worth completing.
