According to the data from WhaleStats, BONE has become one of the most used smart contracts with Ethereum whales.
Shiba Inu BONE is popular with whales
On September 25 2022, Shiba Inu's BONE, a leading token in the Shiba Inu ecosystem, attracted a lot of whale attention.
The Shiba Inu team launched BONE in early July 2021.
BONE is the governance token of the expanding Shiba Inu ecosystem. BONE holders will be allowed to vote on upcoming proposals in the ecosystem. Those with the most BONE will have their suggestions given more weight. There are approximately 250 million BONE tokens.
BONE was launched in association with LEASH, another leading Shiba Inu token that makes up the Shiba Inu ecosystem.
Both tokens were launched to power ShibaSwap, described as the next evolution in DeFi platforms. ShibsSap allows users to stake their Shiba Inu tokens to accrue attractive crypto rewards.
Notably, BONE has recently been listed on two cryptocurrency trading platforms, Bluebit and MEXC. This might be one of the numerous factors influencing the increase in BONE whales.
