It appears Raven Software is listening to player feedback. During a recent question-and-answer session, one developer has teased significant changes to snipers are on their way to the battle royale.
Warzone Sniper Rifle Nerf
During a stream on April 5, Ted Timmins, senior creative director at Raven Software revealed plans for a "weapon shift for the snipers," much to the delight of the community. "I think we would all agree it's long overdue," said Timmins. "The sniper meta hasn't changed in what feels like forever. I feel really good about where we're going with that."
In recent weeks, a number of Raven Software developers have taken part in various streams featuring some of the very best players in the world. The insight behind certain decisions is a welcome change from the complete silence during the build up of previous seasons.
Warzone Pacific Season 3 Start Date
Despite a lack of official information surrounding Season 3, we can determine when the next season will begin thanks to the current Battle Pass. According to the in-game countdown, the Season 2 Battle Pass ends on April 25, meaning the new season could start on April 26 if no delays take place.
