Looking to really put the hurt on your enemies? There's nothing quite as devastating as a full-force Spider-Man to the ribs, so you're in the right place. In this guide, we'll go over how to swing kick enemies in Spider-Man 2.
The villains coming for Peter and Miles are much tougher this time around, so getting to grips with the combat is especially important. You'll be healing a lot, but the best defence is a good offence and you'll have an edge in combat knowing how to execute powerful moves like the swing kick.

How to swing kick in Spider-Man 2
The swing kick is a move that returns from the first game and is executed by holding Square while in the air. It's worth noting that you shouldn't be swinging on a web rope while trying to execute this move; swing kicks can only be performed after a regular jump.
The dramatic move will send enemies flying - perfect for a cheeky photo opportunity if you're so inclined, and sets them up for further punishment so you can turn them from an enemy combatant into some sweet, sweet XP.
Like most of Peter and Miles' moves, the swing kick is a great way to deal some damage while getting away from other enemies. If the enemy you're trying to swing kick is actively shooting at you it's a risky one to try, but it's otherwise a handy way to control a crowd in a pinch.
That's everything you need to know about the swing kick! We've got plenty more to see while you're here - if you're curious about the highest level you can reach or want to know if the game is co-op, we can answer all of your questions and more here on Gfinity Esports.
