In Star Wars Jedi Survivor, many gameplay features return slightly altered. For example, you'll have five different lightsaber stances to use in-game, rather than just the one. While battling seems exciting, you won't always come out of a duel clean from wounds. In this guide, we explain how to heal in Star Wars Jedi Survivor.

You should know a bit about the game first. Star Wars Jedi Survivor is a third-person action-adventure game developed by Respawn. It picks up five years after the events of Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order and follows Cal Kestis once more.

How to heal in Star Wars Jedi Survivor

As you'd expect if you've played Fallen Order, combat is a big part of Survivor. You'll be fighting Empire soldiers and creatures you encounter around each of the planets you visit.

Early in Fallen Order's story, you meet BD-1, a small droid buddy that will accompany you in your journey. BD-1 offers you the ability to heal. You'll use items known as stims, which are initially provided in your inventory so BD-1 can heal you in just a touch of a button.

For Jedi Survivor, the process is pretty similar. It's easy to heal with BD-1 by just following these steps below:

First, press up on the d-pad to ask BD-1 to use a stim on you to heal you. Initially, you start with two stims but find more as you progress through the story. There's even one you can unlock by buying something from Doma's shop on Koboh.

You can also unlock skills that upgrade the stims so that you use them quicker and replenish more health each time.

Additionally, you can heal by resting in a meditation circle, which also replenishes your stims and respawns any nearby enemies you've defeated. There's no other way to heal - your health in-game won't automatically regenerate so you still have to be careful as you explore.

That's pretty much it on learning how to heal in Star Wars Jedi Survivor.
