Star Wars: The Force Unleashed 3 is allegedly in early development – and that's surprising for a few reasons.
For one, it was a pre-EA licensing deal franchise, and for another, the second game just wasn't very good. That said, EA did continue Battlefront, and turned The Old Republic into an MMO, so anything is possible.
Then there's a little game called Jedi: Fallen Order which was insanely popular in 2019 and is almost guaranteed a sequel. Also, Disney essentially nuked the expanded universe – so who knows what form the third entry of Force Unleashed could take.
In any case, here's everything we know about a potential third entry in the Starkiller saga (even saying that name makes me cringe).

Disney insider Daniel Richtman was only able to suggest the game was in development, but couldn't offer any further context.
That was earlier this year, and there are plenty of questions the existence of the game would raise.
For one, it would be published by EA, but would in many ways compete with another Fallen Order title.
Respawn Entertainment are presumably too busy with Apex Legends and the aforementioned Fallen Order sequel, suggesting the next game would come from elsewhere in EA's stable.
Bioware is currently working on the Mass Effect Legendary Edition and Dragon Age 4 (while working to relaunch Anthem), while DICE is widely regarded to be working on a potential Battlefield 6 or Battlefront 3.
EA Motive just wrapped up work on Star Wars: Squadrons, so they'd arguably be the best bet.
Still, we'll be sure to update this page as we hear more.
