Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League will be another live-service game with microtransactions, which means daily DLC characters to keep interest high. It seems that one of the first DLC characters joining this group of villains is Killer Croc from the Batman comics if this leak is correct.

According to leaker Miller Ross, Killer Croc is amongst the first group of post-launch characters coming to Kill the Justice League. While Ross isn’t sure if Croc will be the first character to join the roster, he is convinced that Croc is amongst the first batch.

Ross claims to have seen three post-launch characters that will appear in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League, with Killer Croc being one of them. Though Ross doesn’t give away too many details on who else is coming, he does leave hints at a female character who might be Catwoman or Poison Ivy.

Hopefully, Killer Croc has some interesting gameplay that makes him feel unique since all the other characters appear to be generic gun-using characters. Seeing King Shark and Captain Boomerang reduced to generic shooting types is pretty disappointing, so let’s hope Croc avoids that fate.

Gameplay aside, Croc would be a good addition to Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League for continuity reasons alone. The villain appeared in every Arkham video game, weirdly being DLC in Arkham Knight, so he already exists in this universe. After all, Kill the Justice League takes place in the same universe as the Arkham games, though one has to wonder why the League didn’t help Batman out during the events of Arkham Knight.

Right now, hopes aren’t high for Kill the Justice League, as it appears to be another game made to get money from players. Warner Bros. recently said that their biggest properties would be live-service shlock, with Kill the Justice League being an obvious example. Many feared Wonder Woman would be one, but Warner Bros. has said this isn’t the case.
