What is Arcade Quest?
Tekken 8 will see the introduction of a brand-new single-player game mode, titled Arcade Quest. In Arcade Quest, players can create their own avatar and conquer their rivals in a variety of different arcades.
Arcade Quest will serve primarily as an introduction to the gameplay of Tekken 8. As you play, your Arcade Quest protagonist will grow stronger and face off against increasingly challenging opponents. Plus, you'll be able to unlock cosmetic items for both playable Tekken characters and your avatars while progressing through the Arcade Quest story.
The addition of Arcade Quest will vastly help Tekken 8's onboarding experience, allowing players to acquire basic knowledge and learn practical techniques, all whilst enjoying a unique storyline and battles different from regular matches. However, experienced players of the Tekken series may not find much longevity in the game mode compared to multiplayer gameplay.
