While a lot of the focus is on the guns, the Warzone 2 vehicles are another key ingredient in Call of Duty's latest battle royale extravaganza. The sequel to Warzone contains a huge range of vehicles capable of transporting players across land, air, and water at breakneck speed.
While some vehicles are useful for carrying a couple of players, others have an increased capacity for a full squad and even have a mounted machine gun on the roof to deal some extra damage. In addition to new vehicles, Infinity Ward has also added a range of new mechanics for players to master.

Warzone 2 vehicle mechanics
With plenty of vehicles to use, Infinity Ward introduces a range of new mechanics for players to master while on board. Here's all the intel you need:
- Leaning - When in the passenger seat, players can lean out the window for a clearer view of the intended target.
- Seat swapping - By allowing the vehicle to coast for a few seconds, this technique allows players to equip armour or use a stim.
- Roof climbing - Want an even riskier move? Climbing onto the roof is great for a quick escape and even greater when jumping onto an enemy vehicle from above.
- Shooting tyres and breaking doors - Shooting tyres affect vehicle handling in Warzone 2. Shoot out a tyre to disrupt handling or destroy a door for a clear shot on the driver.
Best Warzone 2 vehicles
There are a few vehicles that have the potential to stand out from the crowd thanks to their qualities. Here's what we recommend using:
- GMC Hummer EV
- TAC-V
- Cargo Truck
- Light Helo
Kicking things off is the GMC Hummer EV. As it's fully electric, it's very easy to navigate built-up areas without alerting opposition to your location. It also comes with enough speed and protection to avoid any sticky situations.
If you're after something with some extra firepower, the TAC-V is the ideal option. The mounted machine gun on the roof provides plenty of firepower against other vehicles and large groups of opposition

For aerial travel, the Light Helo is the chopper of choice thanks to its additional agility through the air. Its small size makes it much easier to land in areas where skyscrapers cause problems for the heavy chopper.
