As the launch of Season Two nears, there are plenty of issues players want fixing in order to transform the current state of the battle royale. One issue, in particular, is proving so problematic, members of the community are suggesting it’s a form of cheating.
The so-called cheat is an exploit allowing players to merge inside the walls of buildings which turns them completely invisible to any nearby opponents.
Warzone 2 wall glitch is causing chaos
In a short video clip posted by Reddit user iLLa556, the player enters a building before a barrage of bullets down and eliminates them from the match. Upon further inspection, the killcam reveals two players sitting within the walls and a full view of any unsuspecting enemies.
This isn’t the first time Warzone players have managed to exploit areas of the map to gain an unfair advantage. Throughout the Pacific and Verdansk eras, many would merge underneath the battleground and inside buildings in order to avoid a trip to the gulag.
Although it’s not exactly a cheat, there are many unhappy fans that believe those caught performing the exploit should receive a ban. “Cheating, exploiting, still should be punishable.”
