How to unlock Warzone Reinforcement Flare
First and foremost, the Reinforcement Flare can only be found on the Vondel map, as it's part of the new event. Once players have stepped foot onto the map set in the heart of The Netherlands, they will be able to acquire the new Field Upgrade by purchasing it at a Buy Station or finding it as random loot across the map.
At this time, we are unsure of the Reinforcement Flare's price at a Buy Station and exactly how rare it will be to find it as random loot. However, assuming it's like other Field Upgrades in Warzone, it could be anywhere from $2,000-$4,000. Field Upgrades are priced differently, so it's unclear exactly where the Reinforcement Flare will fall.
As for acquiring it through random loot, Field Upgrades are generally common when opening chests and supply crates. However, since there are so many Field Upgrades already available, the chances of finding the Reinforcement Flare specifically are somewhat low.
What does the Reinforcement Flare do?
If you manage to find a Reinforcement Flare on the ground or purchase it at a Buy Station, you will unlock the ability to redeploy a random squadmate back into the current match.
When activated, the Reinforcement Flare will choose one of your dead teammates to re-enter the game. You do not get to choose which teammate is brought back, but if only one of your teammates is dead, then that will be the one that re-enters.

This has the potential to completely flip a match upside down, as there is seemingly no set timeframe for when you can use the Reinforcement Flare. So, for example, if you happen to find one at the end of a match and use it, you can bring a dead teammate back to help you take on the final remaining squad(s).
The one catch with the Reinforcement Flare is that when you activate it, you will be giving away your position as well as the fact that a teammate will be respawning. The Field Upgrade will shoot a flare up into the air, which is visible to anyone on the map who has a view of it. It's a high-risk, high-reward type of Field Upgrade, and players will have to test out Vondel in order to use it.
