How do I play Hello Wordl?
Hello Wordl utilises the same format as Wordle in that you have six guesses to work out what the mystery word of the day is. You can get started with the game right in your browser by tapping onto the Hello Wordl site.
Before you make a guess, tap the "Daily" button at the top to swap over to the 24-hour challenge. Without that, you'll be playing all day. Then, tap, hold, and drag the slider at the top to switch your game to feature more (or fewer) letters. Need a few 11-letter word ideas? There's a dictionary page for those.

The aim of the game is simple: just use the on-screen keyboard to guess a word, and the game will let you know how close you are by highlighting each letter a colour based on whether or not they're present in the final word.
If used letters appears grey, they're not in the final word and can be largely avoided in future guesses. If a letter appears orange, you then know it's present in the final word but just not in the right place. Should a letter return as green, you'll know that it's present in the final word and already in the right place, which can really help things with your next guess.
Can I play previous Hello Wordl puzzles?
There is no way in which you can access the previous daily puzzles on Hello Wordl. Don't let that be an issue, though. If you really need more word puzzles in your day, just tap the word "Random" at the top of the screen to generate a new puzzle. Just know that we can't list the answer to these.
