As a gacha game, naturally, we all want to grind as efficiently as possible and claim every free goodie we can - and I mean everything. That’s where the Wuthering Waves dailies come in, WW’s daily login process. However, you don’t have access to it right away and it’s more complicated than you might expect. So, here’s how dailies work in Wuthering Waves, how to unlock them, and all the rewards you can get.

Completing dailies is important if you’re looking to unlock all the Wuthering Waves characters - and let’s face it, who isn’t? So, keep up with the Wuthering Waves banners and claim your free rewards as often as you can get up your chances of building up your roster.

Wuthering Waves Dailies Explained

Wuthering Waves dailies require you to complete up to five quick daily quests in return for materials and 60 Asterite per day. These missions need to be completed each day before the reset time, at which point the quests and reward progress are refreshed. You can track your progress in the Activity menu.

Dailies are often simple tasks that you can complete very quickly. For example, you could be tasked with upgrading any weapon once, completing one daily quest, or completing one Simulation material dungeon. Depending on the difficulty of the task, completing it will reward either 20 or 40 Activity points. Every 20 Activity points will give you a reward, including 10 Asterite, with the final reward giving you 20 Asterite.

There are also daily missions as part of the Wuthering Waves battle pass. While these don’t reward Asterite, completing these daily and weekly Pioneering Podcast tasks will level up your battle pass.

Occasionally, there are also daily login events, which let you claim bonus rewards simply for playing the game. For example, Gifts of Thawing Frost is a seven-day login event that rewards you with Lustrous Tides and Radiant Tides and the character Sanhua. These are generally time-limited events, so be sure to take advantage of them when they appear.

While it’s hard to complain about free rewards, the best item you’ll get from completing dailies is Asterite, Wuthering Waves’ premium currency. If you reach the maximum Activity score each day of 100, you can earn 60 Asterite.

Completing your dailies for a full seven days earns you in total 420 Asterite, or enough for two (and a half) pulls at a banner. Doing your daily login for a full month, however, you’ll have earned 1680 Asterite, which is enough for a full ten pulls at a banner.

How to Unlock Dailies in Wuthering Waves

To unlock dailies in Wuthering Waves, you have to progress through the main story. The first batch of daily login quests becomes available after completing Act 1: Part 3, which gives you access to the Activity tracker.

So, that’s all there is to know about the Wuthering Waves dailies system, including how to unlock daily login quests and all the rewards you can get for completing them. Start grinding right away and you’ll be able to earn enough Asterite for lots of pulls on the Wuthering Waves 1.0 banners before they leave.
