- Go to the Eldin Canyon and search for Pico Pond. This location can be found near the Woodland Stable and the Ekochiu Shrine.
- Look for the colourful balloon across Pico Pond and talk to Kilton there.
- After a short dialogue, his brother Koltin will ask for a Bubbul Gem and instruct you to find the Bubbulfrog in the nearby cave.
- Speak to Kilton and give him a Bubbul Gem to receive the Bokoblin Mask.
- He and his brother will move to Tarrey Town.
- Go to Tarrey Town and talk to Kilton. He will tell you how to find his brother.
