Call of Duty: Warzone: Best Drop Kit Loadouts To Use In The Modern Warfare Battle Royale

Call of Duty: Warzone is the brand-new battle royale experience that has arrived across all platforms.

Among several new and innovative features in the standalone title is the Loadout Drop, a supply drop that is dropped at a random location on the map and can be obtained for $6000 at a Buy Station.

When secured, you have the option to choose one of ten custom loadouts that can be created before a game begins. It is one of the most effective ways to get your hands on a weapon that is fully kitted out with attachments and is one of only two ways to earn Perks.

In this article, here five of the best loadouts to create before a game and to use when in amongst the action!

1) All-Rounder

Primary Weapon

M4A1 Assault Rifle

  • Corvus Custom Marksman (Barrel)
  • 4.0x Flip Hybrid (Optic)
  • Forge TAC CQS (Stock)
  • Granulated Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  • Commando Foregrip (Underbarrel)

This attachment combination is the ideal balance for recoil control and a high damage output. The party piece of this is the flip hybrid, allowing you to get a clear view of an enemy regardless of distance.

Secondary Weapon

R9-0 Shotgun

  • Forge TAC Gemini (Barrel)
  •  5mW Laser (Laser)
  • FSS R9-0 Bulldog (Pump)
  • Granulated Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  •  Ranger Foregrip (Underbarrel)

Having this lethal weapon in your back pocket is the perfect clutch when you are in a predicament and in a close-quarters scenario. Delivering a killer one-two punch makes this a very efficient weapon when finishing off a downed opponent or for clearing out any buildings.

Grenades

  • Lethal – Frag Grenade
  • Tactical – Smoke Grenade

Grenade selection is always personal preference but we have gone for a Frag/Smoke combination. The frag grenade can be cooked and can be rebounded off a wall into a window or another room if you are looking for intel. The smoke grenade is the perfect tool for covering an open area of the map or it can be used to set up an ambush.

Perks

  • EOD (Perk 1)
  • Overkill (Perk 2)
  • Tracker (Perk 3)

EOD increases your resistance to explosives, perfect when under fire from a grenade and even an airstrike while tracker allows you to see enemy footsteps for a small period of time, giving you a rough idea on where they might be hiding.

2) The Aggressor

Primary Weapon

MP5 sub-machine gun

  • Subsonic Integral Suppressor (Barrel)
  • Classic straight-line Stock (Stock)
  • Stippled Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  • 45-Round Mags (Ammunition)
  • Commando Foregrip (Underbarrel)

This attachment combination provides an element of stealth without impacting its high damage output and very fast rate of fire. Having 15 additional bullets in the magazine of the MP5 is the perfect addition to continue the fight and minimising the need to reload.

Secondary Weapon

.50 GS Pistol

  • Forge TAC Enforcer (Barrel)
  • Tac Laser (Laser)
  • Rubberized Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  • 13-Round Mags (Ammunition)
  • Match Grade Trigger (Trigger Action)

The match-grade trigger and laser are the two key attachments here. The trigger increases the fire rate making it a deadly weapon when in a last-ditch scenario and the laser provides some much-needed accuracy when firing from the hip.

Grenades

  • Lethal – Semtex
  • Tactical – Stun Grenade

The Semtex can be stuck to pretty much anything, making it a very useful tool to destroy and disable small vehicles. The Stun grenade is great for slowing down any opponents looking to make a bid for freedom or if you want to attempt an audacious finishing move!

Perks

  • Double Time (Perk 1)
  • Ghost (Perk 2)
  • Battle Hardened (Perk 3)

Treat yourself to an increase in tactical sprint, allowing you to navigate the map quicker than sprinting normally, Ghost makes you invisible to any UAVs that may be used to locate you and Battle Hardened increases your resistance to stun and flash grenades, making it easier to see an opponent if you are hit by one.

3) The Longshot King

Primary Weapon

Oden Assault Rifle

  • Oden Factory 810mm (Barrel)
  • VLK 3.0x Optic (Optic)
  • Oden Ultralight Hollow (Stock)
  • Rubberized Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  • 30-Round Mags (Ammunition)

This weapon is extremely deadly when taking on a target at long range and is much more mobile than either a Marksman rifle or a sniper. The stock and the grip provide plenty of control when engaging in a target in the distance.

Secondary Weapon

Combat Knife

The choice of the combat knife is to add some mobility to this particular loadout. It can be used effectively in the right situations but this is purely for additional mobility when moving around the map.

Grenades

  • Lethal – Molotov Cocktail
  • Tactical – Flash Grenade

Used in quick succession, you can make an enemy extremely weak. Throw the flash to blind them then the Molotov at their feet so they make for easy pickings.

Perks

  • Cold Blooded (Perk 1)
  • Ghost (Perk 2)
  • Amped (Perk 3)

Cold Blooded and Ghost means you are almost invisible to everything in the game, including UAVs. Amped increases the weapon swap speed, allowing you to switch to the knife quickly to get out of any sticky situations.

4) Super Sharpshooter

Primary Weapon

AX50 Sniper Rifle

  • Compensator (Muzzle)
  • 32.0” Factory Barrel (Barrel)
  • Singuard Arms Assassin (Stock)
  • Variable Zoom Scope (Optic)
  • Granulated Grip Tape (Rear Grip)

The variable zoom scope allows you to be effective with the sniper at every range imaginable, making it a must-have weapon in your loadouts.

Secondary Weapon

FAL Assault Rifle

  • XRK Marksman (Barrel)
  • Aim-Op Reflex (Optic)
  • Factory 18” Aluminium Stock (Stock)
  • Stippled Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  • Ranger Foregrip (Underbarrel)

Having this mid-range beast to fall back on is perfect when you need a weapon with a faster rate of fire. Thanks to it being semi-automatic, it can often out-perform a fully automatic weapon at the closer ranges if you have a quick trigger finger.

Grenades

  • Lethal – Claymore
  • Tactical - Smoke Grenade

When posted up in a building, the last thing you want is an enemy sneaking behind you and taking you out with a brutal finishing move. Place a claymore on the other side of a doorway to stop anyone from ruining your sniper montage!

Perks

  •  EOD (Perk 1)
  •  Overkill (Perk 2)
  • Tracker (Perk 3)

Overkill is essential when opting to run a sniper rifle setup. Having a strong secondary weapon always makes the difference if you have to deal with a target in close proximity and you want a weapon that is more effective than a pistol or a launcher.

5) Long-range Mobility

Primary Weapon

AUG SMG

  • 622mm Long Barrel (Barrel)
  • Thermal Hybrid (Optic)
  • FFS Heavy Stock Pro (Stock)
  • Rubberized Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  •  5.56 NATO 60-Round Mags (Ammunition)

Armed with plenty of bullets and a thermal scope to spot anyone attempting to blend in with the scenery or push through smoke, the AUG is very mobile but packs a hefty punch when it comes to long-range engagements.

Secondary Weapon

M19 Pistol

  • Compensator (Muzzle)
  • XRK V Extended (Barrel)
  • Stippled Grip Tape (Rear Grip)
  • 32-Round Mag (Ammunition)
  • Match Grade Trigger (Trigger Action)

Offering a strong damage output and the ability to quickly tap away at an enemy, the M19 is possibly the best pistol to select if you are running a class without Overkill equipped.

Grenades

  • Lethal – Thermite
  • Tactical – Smoke Grenade

The smoke grenade is likely to be an integral piece of your loadout while the thermite, when timed well, has the potential to deal a lot of damage onto an individual target or to a group if they are close together.

Perks

  • Double Time (Perk 1)
  • High Alert (Perk 2)
  • Battle Hardened (Perk 3)

High Alert is great for increasing your awareness when scoped in. When an enemy has eyes on you, your head-up display (HUD) flashes red, allowing you to either relocate to a safer position or tackle the issue head-on and attempt to send them to the Gulag.
