The plague appears to be spreading...
Release Date
With the Outbreak Event coming to an end on March 11th, it is believed that the game mode will be released around this time, tying into the launch of the nuclear missiles said to destroy Verdansk as we know it.
An exact release date has yet to be revealed.
Plague Mode Details
According to @WarzoneNewz, the game mode will see players attempting to regain control of Verdansk after Zombies have taken control.
If successful, players will be able to safely exfil the area but if they fail, the nuclear missile detonates.
The leaker also mentions plague zones that will be located around the map.
What could be in the zones? Will they contain stronger enemies to defeat or will they act as some form of safe space to give players some form of protection against the hordes of the undead?
