Call of Duty: Warzone might be a free-to-play game but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t cost anything to actually play the game.
Players will need to play the game on something and we’re not going to act like everyone can just afford the most high-end PC or even the latest consoles.

What Is The Cheapest PC Setup To Play Warzone On?
Thankfully, there is a way to play this game somewhat cheaply on the PC, though you will still have to save up for these if you haven’t yet.
First, here are the minimum specs to play the game, according to Activision:
- OS: Windows 7 64-Bit (SP1) or Windows 10 64-Bit
- CPU: Intel Core i3-4340 or AMD FX-6300
- RAM: 8GB RAM
- HDD: 175GB HD space
- Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 / GeForce GTX 1650 or Radeon HD 7950
- DirectX: Requires DirectX 12 compatible system
- Network: Broadband Internet connection
- Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
Even if these are the minimum requirements to have a cheap PC set-up for Warzone, this will still cost you about $736 in total.
And this is also assuming you have access to broadband internet, which has become a necessity in life but can also be added to the overall price if you want to discuss everything you need to have some acceptable Warzone matches.
Admittedly, this is a lot more expensive than buying a $499 PS5 or Xbox Series X to play the game but good luck trying to hunt down one of those consoles.
There’s also the $299 Xbox Series S, which is only slightly taller than a kitten and is adorable, but that’s also not easy to get your hands on.
Overall, it’s going to take some time and money if you’re planning to join your friends for some fun Warzone gameplay.
It’s definitely not going to be easy to get this cheap PC set-up for Warzone but if you save up enough money, you’ll be well on your way to having some fun times with friends.
Call of Duty: Warzone is free-to-play and is now available on the PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC.
