Cyberpunk 2077 lets you customise everything (and we mean everything)

Cyberpunk 2077 launches on September 17, and it's bringing big "you know what" energy.

While the game's 'M' for Mature ESRB rating is perhaps to be expected given the body modification and violence on display, a few things stand out about CD Projekt's latest title that are perhaps a little more unexpected.

For one, we now know we'll have the opportunity to actually crucify another character, as "during one quest, players assist a character by hammering nails through his hands and feet; screaming sounds and blood effects accompany the scene."

Lovely stuff, while there are also "mutilated corpses with open chest cavities and/or exposed organs/entrails". Ew.

Perhaps the part we enjoyed most is that "Players can select a gender and customize their character; customization can include depictions of breasts, buttocks, and genitalia, as well as various sizes and combinations of genitals".

We look forward to putting dozens of painstaking hours into recreating our, uh, physical attributes when the game launches.
