Cyberpunk 2077, one of last year's biggest releases, has yet to arrive on Xbox Game Pass. Arriving back in December 2020, CD Projekt Red's latest RPG proved polarising, receiving praise for its narrative and setting but received wide criticism for its technical performance.

Within a recent trailer for Xbox Cloud Gaming trailer, Cyberpunk 2077 was spotted within by some eagle-eyed viewers on Reddit. Understandably, that led to speculation about CD Projekt Red's latest coming to Xbox Game Pass, though that's since been denied.
Talking to VGC, they confirmed:
There are no Game Pass plans for Cyberpunk 2077.

Despite the Xbox Portugal account previously reporting that the game would arrive on the company's subscription service at launch, the account apologised for what was a mistake.

Cyberpunk 2077 on Xbox Game Pass - Is It Likely?
While other CD Projekt Red games like The Witcher 3 are part of the Xbox Game Pass library, that game launched in 2015.
So, while Cyberpunk could join the service, there's evidently no plans just yet.
