Is there fall damage in Hogwarts Legacy?

For those who are fall damage prone, unfortunately for you, it exists in Hogwarts Legacy. There are tons of high places to fall from; balconies, rooftops, mountains, and unfortunately, you're going to suffer fall damage for all of it. So don't think launching yourself off a cliff will save you time.

You're safe jumping down a flight of stairs after a run. You won't have a soft landing, but you won't curl in on yourself. Trying to jump straight down to a cave on the beach, though? That'll hurt.

Because it's entirely possible to miss a step and tumble, we recommend having a bunch of Wiggenweld Potions at the ready, just in case you don't die but happen to land in the middle of a Poacher camp. And if it's a particularly high area out in the hills, you might still have a chance to call your broom to catch you. That's style.
