Hitman 3 launched with PlayStation VR support, but for those of us playing on PC, we've had a bit of a wait. Almost a year after its initial launch, IO Interactive's confirmed PC VR support is finally on the way.
Swapping Hitman's traditional third-person gameplay for a first-person approach, IO Interactive's recent Year Two stream gave us a clearer look. Alongside a Game Pass launch, new Freelancer mode details and raytracing, VR mode's release date was revealed too. So, the question is, when can we finally play it?

Hitman 3 PC VR - When Is The Release Date?
Hitman 3's PC VR mode officially launches on January 20, 2022, arriving as a free update. Better still, that'll support the entire World of Assassination trilogy, meaning you can also play Hitman 1 and Hitman 2 levels in VR. You can see the VR gameplay in action below:
While we don't know which specific headsets IO Interactive will support, they'll be providing further details before launch. At the least, we'd expect this to cover Oculus Quest 2 (via Oculus Link), HTC Vive, and Valve Index.
