GSC Game World has confirmed that the STALKER 2 Heart of Chornobyl release date is September 5, 2024.

The STALKER 2 Heart of Chornobyl story follows Skif, and is set after the events of the original STALKER games.
Skif is a long STALKER, which stands for Scavengers, Trespassers, Adventurers, Loners, Killers, Explorers, and Robbers. As Skif, players will explore Chornobyl to their hearts content, but will have to deal with a variety of environments and hazards that'll slow them down.
Along the way, Skif will meet different factions and make choices that will affect the branching storyline of STALKER 2.
STALKER 2 Combat
The STALKER 2 Heart of Chornobyl features FPS combat where players will need to use tactics, mods and mulitple weapons to survive.
Skif is a long STALKER, which stands for Scavengers, Trespassers, Adventurers, Loners, Killers, Explorers, and Robbers. As Skif, players will explore Chornobyl to their hearts content, but will have to deal with a variety of environments and hazards that'll slow them down.
There will be multiple weapons, from grenade launchers to SMG, that'll help you take down the mutants and enemies that stalk the wasteland that is Chornobyl.
