Freminet is a Cryo DPS who is a Claymore wielder who can dish out Physical and Cryo damage depending on how you use her combos. You can immobilize enemies with her kit and crowd-control enemies.

Genshin Impact Freminet

Freminet is best used as a main DPS or a sub-DPS. Her elemental skill, Pressurized Floe, deals Cryo Damage, and Freminet enters Pers time for 10 seconds. During Pers time, she executes various types of attacks. Using regular attacks builds up pressure, and this is what happens at various pressure levels.

  • Level 0: Unleashes a vertical cut that will deal Cryo DMG
  • Levels 1 to 3: Unleashes a vertical cut alongside Pers, dealing Cryo DMG and Physical DMG. DMG dealt scales based on Pressure level
  • Level 4: Borrows the power of a fully-pressurized Pers to deal Physical DMG

As you can see, you can optimize Freminet for both Physical and Cryo damage. We recommend going for a Cryo build as the Physical damage uptime is not great and Physical damage struggles against most non-human enemies in Genshin Impact.

A part of the Millennial Movement that wanders amidst the winds. Increases ATK by 16%, and when Normal or Charged Attacks hit opponents, the character gains a Sigil of Whispers. This effect can be triggered once every 0.3s. When you possess four Sigils of Whispers, all of them will be consumed, and all nearby party members will obtain the Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn effect for 12s.

Millennial Movement: Banner-Hymn increases Normal ATK SPD by 12% and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Whispers for 20s. Of the many effects of the Millennial Movement, buffs of the same type will not stack.

Serpent Spine (4-star)

Every 4s a character is on the field; they will deal 6% more DMG and take 3% more DMG. This effect has a maximum of five stacks and will not be reset if the character leaves the field but will be reduced by one stack when the character takes DMG.

Favonius Greatsword (4-star)

CRIT hits have a 60% chance to generate a small amount of Elemental Particles, which will regenerate six Energy for the character. It can only occur once every 12s.

Freminet can pair well with Shenhe if you want to turn her into a Cryo DPS for your team. There may be stronger Cryo DPS options like Ayaka and Ganyu, but if you lack them or want to try out Fontaine’s new Ousia and Pneuma combat mechanics, Freminet’s kit might be up your alley.
