While some GTA players are already looking forward to GTA 6, others are still trying to make the most of their remaining time in Los Santos.
After all, if you don’t enjoy trying to predict what the next game’s map will look like, lack any hot takes regarding what it should include, and have given up on planning out your first playthrough, why not just try to appreciate the final stretch of GTA Online?
While some players have been doing so by hosting demolition derbies, cosplaying as LA Noire characters, or trying to convince each other to move closer to the beach, others have been spending their hard-earned cash on the game’s freshly unveiled 50-car garage, only to end up scratching the undertrays of their rides trying to enter it.
Have you already invested in GTA Online’s newest automotive property?
Their pavement-based problems form the subject of a recent thread on the GTA Online subreddit, which began with a post from user DCI_Benway. They shared an image of their hot rod struggling to clear the curb outside of the garage, which can be found on Eclipse Boulevard in Vinewood, and said: “You'd think with a new three million dollar garage they'd put in a decent driveway…”
A number of fellow players shared similar experiences based on trying to get the low-slung cars from their collections into the garage, with user DanCGG declaring: “My BR8 lost its (front) wing trying to get up this.”, while some said they were glad their lowriders came with raiseable hydraulics.
Others suggested that they'd had a bit of fun locating the entrance to the carport, with user StonedStoneGuy revealing: “I drove around (the) back (of the building at first) because I couldn’t believe they didn’t change the curb.” and Radstyke adding: “Man I did the same thing, drove around the back and crashed a few times till I realised that the entrance had no blue marker.”
Meanwhile, non-curb related aspects of the garage, from the usefulness of the storage it provides to the NPC musician that can spawn near it during the daytime, got more positive reviews.
If you want to check the garage, which features plenty of hangout spaces and optional custom decor, out for yourself, you can head to the in-game Dynasty 8 website, where GTA+ subscribers can grab it for free until March 15.
You can also add the newly released Toundra Panthere sports car to your collection by visiting either the Legendary Motorsport website or the Premium Deluxe Motorsport showroom prior to February 22.
