While some GTA players are already looking forward to GTA 6, others are still trying to make the most of their remaining time in Los Santos.
After all, if you lack any hot takes regarding what the next game should include, have given up asking people about Miami to try and get an idea of what its version of Vice City might be like, and aren’t a fan of roleplaying using single player mods, why not just try to appreciate the final stretch of GTA Online?
Many players have recently been doing so by delving into its freshly released Last Dose missions, which currently offer you a great opportunity to earn some extra cash and a new car, the latter of which is proving pretty popular among players on Reddit.
Are you planning on grinding GTA Online’s Drug Wars missions over the next couple of days?
Their automobile-based analysis forms the subject of a recent thread on the GTA Online subreddit, which was kicked off by a post from user Zachy_94, who shared an image of their Ocelot Virtue and captioned it: “By far one of my favourite cars. The acceleration on this thing is insane.”
A bunch of fellow criminals were quick to share their own views on the car, with user freetrialemaillol saying: “It’s pretty good for getaways in the city. The top speed may not be great but that’s no issue when you’re slowing down for tight corners and alleyways. The acceleration is insane which helps so much with weaving in and out of streets and alleys.”
User AstroBlast0ff was similarly enamoured by the Virtue’s ability to rocket away from a stationary position, declaring: “Between this, the e-GT & the Cyclone, I’ve been just driving electric cars for the last two months.”
On the other hand, a couple of users do seem to feel a bit let down by the amount of maximum velocity waiting at the end of any rapid run up the car’s speedometer and how it feels to drive, with user Guilhermehl arguing: “The acceleration is great, however top speed and handling are lacking. I installed off-road tires and it definitely helps but it's still not perfect. I'll try the low grip tires from the LSCM.”
If you want to give the Virtue a try for yourself and haven’t acquired it yet, now is a great time to do so, as all of GTA Online’s story missions connected to both ‘Doses’ of the Los Santos Drug Wars DLC are offering double cash and reputation point rewards until late next week.
This means you can earn some great money while beating the Last Dose missions that’ll reward you with the electric supercar and, for a limited time only, some cool clothing items to add to your wardrobe.
So, get ready to hear the word ‘badonkadonk’ a lot as you add to your garage and bank account, make sure to follow us for more updates on GTA 6 and GTA Online as new vehicles and more arrive.
