How to Get Wugtrio in Pokemon Go
Wugtrio can be caught in the wild but there are other ways of obtaining the garden eel Pokemon. If you opt to catch a Wugtrio yourself, players have reported seeing them spawn more often on beaches.
You can also evolve a Wiglett into a Wugtrio by feeding it 50 Wiglett Candies. And finally, it’s also possible to get a Wugtrio through trading.
At the time of writing this guide, Wugtrio cannot be obtained through eggs nor are they given out as rewards for completing Research Tasks.
Can Wugtrio Be Shiny in Pokemon Go?
Wugtrio’s shiny version has yet to make it into Pokemon Go. Be sure to keep an eye out for any future events that feature Wugtrio as it may be accompanied by the introduction of its shiny form to Pokemon Go.
Regular Wugtrio will have red bodies with a white nose while shiny ones will have blue bodies and a yellow nose. You can also try looking out for shiny Wigletts when they make it to the game. These have yellow bodies and a blue nose and can evolve into shiny Wugtrio.
