The Sims 4 is probably one of the most hilarious games ever, not because of its gameplay but because of the many ways you can have a game over.
If not taken care of properly, Sims always tend to die quickly and many fans in the r/Sims4 subreddit are talking of ways they unintentionally killed off their Sims.
Posted on the subreddit, user u/ninxaa shared that they can't seem to have their Sims die out of random chaos, as opposed to many instances shared on the forum. They then proceeded to ask how the community unintentionally killed off their Sims.
Fans have shared their outrageous accidental Sim deaths, with fire being the most common cause. One Redditor mentioned that leaving Sims to fend for themselves often ends with a burnt Sim. Another fan humorously shared that their Sim almost always dies after multiple failed attempts to make a salad.
One fan shared that they had an NPC die on them after doing the WooHoo act in their bathtub. Such an outrageous way to die, that's for sure.

A few other causes of death include meteor strikes and intense temperatures. While meteor strikes have an on-screen notification before these happen, some Sims 4 fans tend to forget about this which results in the the accidental nuking of their beloved Sims.
Some others shared that they had Sims die on them because of non-stop laughter. Sims can have hysteria and have a much more cheerful way of dying. It's a hard life being a Sim, probably.
