Many fighting game enthusiasts consider SNK's Fatal Fury one of their favorite franchises. After over a quarter of a century, Fatal Fury: City of Wolves continues the story of the cult-classic Fatal Fury: Mark of the Wolves and is now available for physical pre-orders.
Fatal Fury: City of Wolves has two physical editions: the Special and Deluxe. The Special Edition is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X, while the Deluxe Edition is exclusive to PlayStation 5.

For $59.99/€59.99, the Special Edition includes the base game and Season Pass 1, which includes five DLC characters. The Deluxe Edition is only available in North America and Europe and includes the following with its $79.99/€79.99 price tag:

As a pre-order bonus, an exclusive Fatal Fury 2 Terry DLC costume is included in both editions.
It has been 26 years since the last Fatal Fury game, and SNK has been busy with King of Fighters, which unfortunately will not be included in this year's EVO Championships. However, Fatal Fury: City of Wolves is this time, and fans of the franchise can battle it out in the tournament this coming August 1-3, 2025.
City of Wolves will also bring back iconic characters from the earlier games. Characters such as Mai Shiranui, Andy, Terry Bogard, and Gato, among many others, make a return to Fatal Fury. Some characters, such as Mai Shiranui, have been in the recent SNK fighting games, such as King of Fighters, but several others will also return after more than two decades. New characters will be included as well.
