Star Wars may be taking a break from cinemas, but Lucasfilm is trying to reinvigorate other franchises under its banner—one of them being Indiana Jones.
After the release of Dial of Destiny in theatres, Indy is set to make a big comeback to gaming with Indiana Jones and the Great Circle. The game will launch next week, and Bethesda has released the PC requirements for players to ensure they can run it on their rigs.

The requirements to play it on PC are quite hefty because The Great Circle is supposed to be a AAA, new-gen game. Here are the official notes from Bethesda:

“Every Good Story is Told in One Way or Another”
With the Uncharted franchise ending, the release of this Indiana Jones game kind of brings the archaeological action-adventure genre full circle (pun intended). With fans already having a set idea of what to expect with these kinds of games—partially thanks to the Tomb Raider franchise—Bethesda has smartly gone another direction with The Great Circle as they embrace the first-person view for a game that doesn’t even look like it’s going to have much shooting.
No doubt, Indy uses guns in the game, but the way it looks, there is also going to be a lot of punching, as well as Indy cracking his whip at some unruly Nazis. A lot of puzzle-solving is coming to the game, but you would think that the first-person angle won’t be as good for the platformer sequences.
Though Dial of Destiny may not have made a splash at the box office, Lucasfilm Games hopes this action-adventure should be a treat for fans and people who don’t even know much about Indiana Jones.
“Uncover one of history’s greatest mysteries in Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, a first-person, single-player adventure set between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark and The Last Crusade.
“Get ready to don your fedora and whip as you step into the shoes of the legendary archaeologist — Indiana Jones. Embark on an epic globetrotting adventure in a race against enemy forces to uncover the secrets of the mysterious Great Circle.”
Indiana Jones and the Great Circle will launch for Xbox Series X|S and PC on Dec. 9. It also aims to release on PS5 in the Spring of 2025.
